Oh Cap Reit....

This is the apartment building I was in for 2nd year...

Needless to say, it's stuff like this that makes me glad I moved out.

Those scum buckets! Taking advantage of the working class student! They should use the building managers as counter-weights in some sort of makeshift, off-the-side-of-the-building, homemade, elevator system!!

we live at 3455 havenwood dr in the town homes well..where do i start,,,,no heat from december 7/07 to march 25/08 ,,,1 heater dont work..still ,,;eaks in the basement ,,when it rains,, stove fan ,,dont work ,,, ceilings in living room falling down ,,, floors on main floor are gone ,
new toliets leak.. front of house no walk way ,,,when it rains it floods everywhere ..
no hand rail's on stairs..
seem that that dont have workers to do the work or they are to cheap to get work done,,, been figting with them for 8 years to do work here ,, the goverment should get in ,,,this is a health.. problem, with mold and fire by-laws,, ,, all those homes need alot of work and 1600 a month is a rip off

cap reit calgary is horrible. I was warned when moving in they rarely give back damage deposits. After living there for 4 years,minor wear and tear damage occured. Well, Cap Reit charged me 2900.00 $ on top of my 1000.00 deposit. NEVER RENT FROM CAP REIT.
